Going back to the Greek philosophy of 2,000 years ago, and specifically to the method Socrates used, we find the true essence of Coaching.
Maieutics consisted in asking questions so that the person could solve his problems autonomously, thus gaining true self-knowledge.
Socrates believed that every human being had an enormous potential that he did not know and that allowed him to achieve everything he set his mind to. It is on these assumptions that the Coaching methodology is based, with a high effectiveness when it comes to clarifying and achieving objectives, developing action plans, empowering responsibility, and increasing awareness about individual capabilities.
Coaching is therefore, an ongoing professional relationship that helps individuals achieve extraordinary results at a personal and organizational level. Through the Coaching process, the client deepens his knowledge, increases his performance, and improves his quality of life.

The goal of this type of action is for employees to become aware of the way they act and perform their duties or when they start a new role. It promotes associative connections between images, themes and questions, effective in personal and professional development, used in team building, dynamic therapy, coaching and counseling. This tool uses the powerful language of today's world, images, which inspire and provoke the mind.
PDA Assessment
PDA (Personal Development Analysis) is an assessment that, through a simple, precise and scientifically proven methodology, allows us to describe and analyze people's Behavioral Profile. It also makes it possible to evaluate the behavioral needs of a position and generate detailed compatibility reports applicable to the different Human Resources processes.
This identification makes it possible to analyze whether the current profiles possess the specific competencies identified by the organization as necessary.
This assessment tool helps companies establish metrics for selecting and recruiting, evaluating employee performance, measuring the organizational climate, and creating career plans. It serves mainly to perceive strengths and areas to be worked on to leverage professional performance.
It is also used with the purpose of improving the day-to-day processes in a work environment, aiming at increasing productivity, improving the interpersonal relationship between bosses and subordinates, and among coworkers. As well as in the reduction of hiring and firing costs.
ENEAGRAM
The Enneagram, besides enabling self-knowledge and knowledge of collaborators, also allows us to understand how to deal with those who are different from us and explains why we have affinities and difficulties in our relationships.
The Enneagram has a wisdom that explains that there are 9 main points of view of human beings, and for each type there is a form of behavior, generated by emotional shadows and mental models that refer to moments in the formation of personality. To these 9 personality types are added the instincts, and we get a reality of 27 behavioral profiles that allow us to perceive the main differences between people of the same personality type.
The challenge for companies necessarily involves the ability and strategic wisdom to develop the human resources that will put companies in the consumers' preference.
